So I was thinking to myself it would make for an interesting project to share what food me and my fiancé *RatChatter
eat daily for an entire year. We are both lacto-ovo vegetarians, and watching our calories (And I am a type 1 diabetic) So lots of people don't know what we get to eat.
Well, I love to cook and eat food, so I’m going to photograph the food we have each day, (lunches and dinners)
I'll also post a list of the ingredients I’ve used . (and I can make a recipe if you wanted to try something i made)
Our dinners tend to be a bit more repetitive than lunches, I’m more prone to make something new, or odd mid day than at night.
So if your interested feel free to share your experiences eating vegetarian food, or simply to comment on what I’ve made, or suggest something for us to try (mind you we live in rural Maine, so lots of ingredients just aren’t available) hope you find this food journal interesting
